Fees + Insurance

At Spark Nutrition & Health, we offer flexible counseling tailored to your unique needs.

Initial Consultation - 60 Minutes ($160)

This comprehensive session focuses on understanding your health, lifestyle, and goals. We'll assess your dietary habits and collaborate on initiating sustainable lifestyle changes.​

Follow-Up Consultation - 30 Minutes ($90)

These sessions are customized to keep you engaged and on track. We'll address challenges, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.

Registered Dietitian services are covered under many extended health benefit plans. A receipt will be provided for reimbursement.
